| Kalina almost got a squirrel the other day. He was a little faster than her, thank goodness, and managed to escape up a tree - but I have to tell you she almost had him and she was flying after him.

| Well, Muffin was a mouser! I've been lucky, because the only places I've ever known her to find any were in our garage and under the air conditioning unit outside! Wow! She wouldn't stop barking until "I" did something about them!!!! Now, Kacee, she doesn't seem to pay any attention to them other than being a bit curious. One night we were in the garage and I saw one run toward the overhead garage door and Kacee looked at me like, "Mom, what was that?"

| EEKK....yes I know My Mia would have been after that mouse. Murphy on the other hand would have probably run the other way - lol!! Funny story not too long after we got Mia she actually caught a squirrel in our yard. I think she was so surprised she caught it she stunned her self and let it go than freaked out after it got away. She was foaming at the mouth after that trying to get it back. It was crazy. She is so fast.

| mice Some have that Terrier instinct to kill icky things..some do not..I am afraid I have bred the mousing out of many of mine...I had a girl, named Katy who was in the kitchen and a mouse ran across her path...she literally screamed like a human..my husband thought it was me...it was the "year of the 13 field mice" in my kitchen...each morning for 13 days we caught a mouse in the trap... |

| We know if there's a rodent around...Maggie is ripping to get at them. She tells daddy where to put the traps. Last winter she was teaching the puppy how to find nests under the snow by the yard lights and left all of the mice babies on top of the drifts...

| Toby has eaten (before I could catch him) two baby squeaking mice "pinkies" already that he found outside in the back yard. He also does a lot of barking while chasing squirrels and geckos all over out back. I sure hope he doesn't catch a squirrel but they sure do tease him a lot. :^)
