| How Do You Stop A Puppy From Humping!! Hello, I have a 11 week old male Yorkie puppy who like to do the humppy dance!! I just really would like him to stop....Is there anything I could do to get him to stop? BearBear's Mommy |

| I would say NO or clap my hands once Grayson got "fixed" problem stopped.

| Hi & to Yorkie Talk. Tell him "no" & move him away from whatever he's humping. At that age it is probably something that he did in the litter to show that he was the boss. We had a female puppy do that to her littermates.

| My puppy was just starting to do that at about 4-5 months of age and just like Grayson's mom said, as soon as I got my pup neutered he stopped. Poor little guys they really have no control over it....

| I remember saying NO! to Zander, distracting him with a walk or play. I didn't keep any stuffed animals his approximate size.

| humping my females do this also, i just clap my hands or in a real stern voice tell them to stop- if they persit- i will put the happy humper in their cage for a time out. this stops the humping.... |
