| Thanks for the very good advice, ya'll. Things are getting better, but not all buddy buddy yet. I spent more time with Scout and Pippa this weekend than the puppy, so my daughter is bonding with the pup (makes me just a tad jealous..hehe). I feel I have an obligation to them first, so there's extra treats when they are good to the puppy and lots of walks (I'm exhausted...but need the excercise..). I know it will take some time, but it will get better!

| He is just too cute When we got Darby, sawyer was so excited to have a friend; but he was not as rhrilled with the idea of me having a new puppy. Darby is not thr type to be ignored; so after forcing Sawyre to play with him, and rolling over to show submission if Sawyer got miffed at something, they worked it our between themselves. They are wild about each other now, and cry if they are separated for any reason. I am not a huge fan of Caesar Milan, but somethings he says does make sence, our furfaces are really dogs at heart, and they adjust to a new member of the pack in different ways; but they will adjust.
