| ![]() I live in the mountains and love my furbaby. For his safety and fur issues (not wanting to have any) I am wanting to keep him on the short side. I was bringing this up to see what any one else does on a regualr basis? He is 3 months and about inch and half long in hair. So I am going for his first trim and clean up face and such in 2 wks. I love YT and have learnes so much and on here reading everyday.. thank you all Love our babies.. |

| ![]() Hi there ![]() I take Lucy to the groomer every two weeks - one week just a bath, nail trim, etc. then on alternate weeks for a full trim (as needed).

| ![]() I prefer mine at about 2 inches...or I guess a puppy cut. Zoe was rudely shaven but with having babies and the ticks...I think it will be better this summer.

| ![]() You live in Yosemite!! How beautiful! I would look him over for tics whenever you walk him! Also watch out for those foxtails when you walk, they can inhale one into their nose and have to have it removed by the vet!

| ![]() The foxtails is one reason I believe I will be keeping a shorter coat on him and definetly the underside really close cut.. Yes I live in the beatiful mountains... ![]() ![]()

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() I cut my Teddy every two weeks to keep him looking sharp. He has a very short cut and I love it.

| ![]() I like Teddy's cut..That's cute!! I also keep one of mine short. The one with the long hair, sweeps up everything in her coat. Short is much easier to care for.

| ![]() I keep Callies pretty short because she loves to roll round outside and she hates to sit still and get brushed.
