had fun my fiance and i went to one of his coworkers' house and had a barbeque with them........... i didnt want to bring toby but my fiance talked me into it, and he had a BLAST...... the couple we had the barbeque with have three kids (one girl 7, one boy 6, one girl 4) and toby had Soooooooooooooooo much fun playing with these kids, they really wore him out...... they also had a 13 yr old maltese, but toby stayed away from her and pretty much played with the kids.... i was surprised, i only had to talk to the kids once or twice about the way they were handling him (as if toby cared, he was all for teh rough play) but the rest of the time they were great.................

If I remember right, and that's by no means sure, Toby's still a baby, right? Advise your friend that if they want one, to look for a bigger Yorkie cause of the smaller children. I think kids and Yorkies go together, too bad we have to worry so much about their size. I am so glad he had a good time. Maybe you all can do it again sometime. Sylvia

I'm so glad you had a great time. I took Skippy to my son's house the other day, and he loved my grandson's. He acted like I wasn't even there, and just ran and ran with them. Aren't our babies the cutest.

| That's great that you all had tons of fun! I'm sure the kids really loved him! We have a bbq today with some family, and I am going to bring Deegan with us. There won't be any kids there, but everyone loves him so much he won't be at a loss for any fun in the sun! He turns us all into kids when he gets hyped up to play!

i forgot to mention the funniest part!!!! ........ there was a MUD PIT there and it was still full of water, so toby had a little mud bath (i wasnt worried because it was HOT and he could cool down that way) he did the terrier "digging" thing in the mud and sprayed all the kids with dirty water ...... he had a blast, i think that was his best part because he has never seen so much backyard in his life, and he has never seen mud either!
