				   | Sadie is 6 months old and her hair is growing so slow.... Chewy's hair has always grown pretty fast! He had his full adult hair in at 6 months. Sadie is still all black on her back (No GREY ) and just some grey on her top of her head. Maybe she will stay black? Her parents were both rather light. Her hair is also very think... Any one have any ideas n the kind of adult coat she may have?

				   | I thought my Kirby would get light since his parents were a bit lighter and he is purebreed, He turns 1 year this month and his hair is growing fast, as in i send hims to the groomer about every 6 weeks. But, He stayed black and tan. He had a greyish white top of his head until about three months ago , now it is greyish with a hint of tan...no more white or brightness. I like the black, now I am hooked. YOu never know, more grey strands may fillinthe back and lighten his coat....he will be cute no matter what as I am sure are yours!!

Her brother is owned by YT memeber and has much longer coat and has already turned silver on the head. Roxie is just starting to get some silver on her head. Some just grow slower than others.

				   | Bizzy's top knot is growing soooo slowly also. She has good hair other places, but not on her head. She is 16 months old and still hasn't started to go gold on her head. Darn!

				   | Lacy's hair grows very slow. Her coat is on the coarser side and coarser coats just tend to grow slow and break off easier. Silky coats usually grow well, and cottony coats seem to grow like a weed. And every dog is different so far as how fast their hair grows. I started giving Lacy Eicosaderm (a fish oil/vit. E supplement) and it has helped a lot. So many people use it and love the results they get from it

				   | Okay I've asked this question before but no one answered me. How do you go about adding Vitamin E/fish oil to their diets to help their coats?

				   | How old is she? Does the hair feel really silky or does it have a coarser texture?

				   | coarser coats usually don't ever get really long. I doubt Lacy's hair will ever get to be floor-length. The eicosaderm and being on a raw diet really helped her hair a lot, but coarser coats just don't grow well
