I suggest you put away throw rugs while your dog makes the transition to washable pee pads. Good luck!

Yes!!! That is what we use! They work way better than the expensive ones at petco!

yeah. trouble is with carpet. my new place has carpet in the bedrooms. :-/

Joey has no problem distinguishing carpet from pee pads, however throw rugs are a different story. I read to take them away while switching to pee pads, I didn't; and he still uses them occasionally.
