| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker  |  I just don't get it!!  :confuse: How can this be legal?? Can't the police just go to the place and see for themselves the conditions?? I know I am being naive, but I really don't understand how this can be allowed?????? If these people publicize, can't Humane Societies go and investigate or something?

The news channels come...the newspapers....humane society...and the police. BUT this is a huge tourist attraction there. And the police are there to protect the VENDERS....It just makes me sick

| there should be stricker laws, we had a similar incident here in Montreal and the owners only received a $500.00 fine and were allowed to keep going as before - god it's discusting... |
