I'm sorry to hear that I wouldn't have minded the drive. I know you tried your hardest to let this guy get forever home. God just had something else planned for this little guy.

Thank you everyone who has been so supportive through this whole ordeal. This has been one of the hardest things ever. I had to trust people I didnt know and have never met before, and I didnt really have much of a choice. I just hope that she really has put him in a good rescue, I pray she is not lying. I fell in love with this little guy and I felt so bad for him and I knew I couldnt keep him, I just tried to do what was right for him and failed. I just pray he is alright and that he does find a good loving family very soon.

well you have to believe he will...A PERFECT home...Hes been through enough to last a lifetime.. You did a lot to help him and it will be ok..I believe that...Hope you do too!

You did not fail! Please try not to be so hard on yourself. You did more than the average Yorkie lover. Your efforts to do the right thing are inspiring to me and others I'm sure. I believe you said you have a little one coming soon. Try to focus on that and keep your chin up

Oh No Im so sorry to hear this. That poor little guy, Me and DH have been thinking about maybe just going ahead and taking him our selfs, we just felt so sorry for him. We are hoping to have a new home put up soon and that was the reason we didnt offer to take him in the first place and why I thought my daughter might want him. But we dont know when that is going to be. Why oh why did that lady lie to you. I feel so bad now.im kind of glad my daughter didnt decide, if she would of chose him she would of now been out of a chance for either one.
Im so sorry this happened to you, all you have done to try and find this poor baby his forever home and it ended up not even knowing where he is. I would ask her where hes at, maybe you can get him back or atleast make sure hes in good hands. I wonder if maybe she sold him?

Oh no!!!

After all your efforts for this precious little guy!! Is it possible for you to verify that she did indeed place him with a rescue? I feel so bad for you; you tried so very hard to help this precious baby. Please don't feel bad about things/people that are simply beyond your control.

I was wondering if you talked to this lady on what rescue she sent him too?

I had saw an ad on craigslist and emailed them for a pictures and it sure looked like the same dog to me. They was asking $300.00 for him, I was going to post it here but I see now the the person has removed their ad.

How sad, this poor lil guy. When we first got Zander he thought he could chase the kitty, we taught him kitty chasing was off limits, so now they hang out and chat, they chase each other & do a little wresting but he is gentle. The lifting the leg, I think can be worked out too. So there, he is near perfect. I just can't believe the ill ways of some people. I bet she still has him but is trying to get $$. She knew you would have taken him back. Very sad.

Don't be hard on yourself, you didn't know the ill intentions of these people.
