| My two always argue over the food.....Littleman, though nearly half the size of Nikki, is 'Alpha'. Here are two pictures. She hides under the sofa and when I remove Littleman, she slinks out to grab a bite!! I'm trying to teach them to share, but it's not going so well.

| That's cute, sad and funny all at the same time! Poor Nikki! Is Littleman that aggressive or is she that passive? Those pictures capture everything! |

| All day long and with everything but the food, Nikki is the agressive one and Littleman passive. That's why it's funny when I put down the food, he takes over. That and my shoes. As soon as I take off my shoes, he 'guards' them and growls at her if she comes near them!! It is funny, those two characters!

| That's so cute that littleman is alpha and bullies her, but I really feel bad for poor Nikki.

| Our Lab has always had to wait his turn at the dinner bowl. The cats even get there before him! We now have to take Tucker into the other room so Rusty can eat.

| I know.........she does eat though. I usually give them separate eating areas for breakfast and dinner and then they have to share the dry food that is always out. Sometimes I pick up Littleman and let her get a fair amount. Hopefully, they start sharing!

| Great pictures! So cute! The two dogs that I dog sit have an arrangement in the kitchen. One (the pig) is leashed near his meal at feeding time. The second (Miss-I-Have-To-Be-Coaxed-To-Eat) has a plate out of reach of the first. The second is told that the first "is going to get your food if you don't eat it!". This usually gets her to eating most of it. The rest is given to her as treats later. The first is then unleashed, who then madly searches for any crumbs left behind by the second. It's pretty amusing. |

| I have the same problem. I have to separate all my dog's depending on how aggressive or fast they are at eating. It's like a zoo at feeding time. Tell Niki to sneak up on him and bite his leg. That probably would work. LOL |

| Love th pictres and understand the problem too. I had six to feed at breakfast (Buddha is here for the weekend) and I give each their own dish in a separate part of the kitchen...but ...without fail, someone will think the other's bowl or dish looks better and move over to take it over. The more aggressive dogs do end up with more than their fair share usually no matter how much I try to police the situation. Luckily, there is plenty of the food and the aggressive ones eventually get full and then the more timid can eat in peace. |

| I leave plenty of hard food out all day. When if feed my dogs the moist food I have to stand and watch them or Chachi will eat Jewels food.
