| I got a S and it is a little bigger than my girl needs it, but she's only 5 lbs, so that sounds like it would fit. I LOVE the puppia harness. I have the regular vest kind. My little boy is getting one too when he's big enough. |

| Probably a small, because Chip is a medium and he is 16 lbs, 10.5" neck, 18" chest.

| Hi .... Kiki has a Puppia harness too in a size Small. I bought it for her when she was around 5 pounds and it I was able to adjust the strap nicely around her chest. Now she is a little over 6 pounds and she still wears the same harness. I just adjust the strap depending on if she has clothes on or not. There is plenty of room for adjusting. | Just to concur with everyone, yep, a Small would be perfect for her. All three of mine...between 6-7.5 lbs and measurements close to yours...wear smalls....aren't Puppias the best? Oh, I could just go on about them all day...we love them!
