| I have a 6mo.old yorkie his ears only stand up half way. I shaved his ears but it didn't help that much. I have heard that while their teething they may not stand till after. I really have no clue if they have ever stood cause I got him at 5 and a half months. I have tried taping his ears but he's not going for that. I don't want to use duct tape or any thing that strong on his ears. Some say they should be up by 5 mo. and others say 10 mo. up to one year after that dont count on it. Anyone have thier pups ears stand late? |

| Sorry, but I can't be any help for I don't know what is going on. Do you have any pictures of him? Good luck on finding the answer to your questions. There are a lot of breeders on here and I am sure that they can help you!

| Lilys ear stood around 3 months and then fell at 4months they finally stood again at 6 months, when her ears were down I would massage them in the up position a few time a day and that seemed to help. Good luck

| Lexie's ears stood up immediately and then fell at 4 months and now at 5 months they are back up. I didn't get Tucker until he was 5 months and his are floppy still at 6 months. I don't have a lot of answers but I'll bump this up for ya!

| Yorkie Talker | Billi's ears both flopped then at 4 months one stood up, this made her look cute but scruffy. Now at 6 months both her ears are floppy again. I read that this often happens and theres not a lot you can do about it. |
