| Whole meals dog food? I posted this in the health & diet section, but I haven't gotten any responses, so I'm going to try here Has anyone tried the whole meals dog food? It is a stick that has a chewy outside part and a treat-like middle. According the bag, it is a full meal for the dog, with no additional food needed. On the website, it says not to feed it as a treat, that it should be the meal. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it or heard anything about it? Thanks!

| I've never heard of it but I don't want you to think you are being ignored so I'm responding and bumping this up for you. Maybe someone that knows will see it.

| I never heard of it but went to their site. One look at the ingredients and this food is obvious junk. The first ingredient listed is rice meal. The closest thing to meat in it is chicken by-product meal (ewww). There's also corn and wheat gluten. Remember the wheat gluten that was responsible for the deaths of dogs and cats last year? This food, ingredient-wise, is junk food jacked up with vitamins. Who's bright idea was this product? |
