Im sorry I dont know anything about that disorder but I will most definitely keep you and your furbaby in my prayers!!! Hope everything is smooth sailing for you very soon!!

aahhh, sweet Holly!!! so glad you are feeling better! she just sounds so sweet!

My heart is sinking about all this...because she was doing soooo well ...lots of pep and energy.....so I thought the bloodwork would come back normal.

Holly has to have a B-12 shot once a week ( Vet visit) and is on Flagal 2 x's daily
and the steroid every other day. She is 7.5 lbs now eating a very restricted Vet formula diet called W/D...no chews....carrots etc. just this W/D

Vet said if she loses any weight it will be a concern and to bring her in. I can feel her bones when I hold her and pet her...I weigh her every night now to make sure she maintains this weight.

Now she is clearly depressed!! I hug and cuddle with her and sat in the sun with her this morning. I gave her a ride in the car, which she loves so much.
I am praying tomorrow will be a better day for her.

I am so sorry you had to go through this, so many people think just because a breeder has been breeding for a long time that they are good breeders. It sickens me this woman has been torturing animals for this long. I glad you were able to save Holly and give her the love and care she needs. Bless you!

I'm sorry I had not met you before. Wasn't around much in March. Welcome to YT. I am so sorry for your sweet baby. Holly sounds like a dear. Please remember she feeds off of you and your attitude. I know it is difficult, but keep your head up.

I have been reading up on this horrid disease. Very hard. Have you considered consulting with a holistic vet? I have often found that some herbal treatments help when traditional medicine doesn't. I would find a holistic vet for a second opinion on treatment

I have not seen this posting before and I am so sorry that your baby Holly is so ill. She is very lucky to have such a kind and loving mother.
