| Does your yorkie dream? Sometimes bentley sleeps with his eyes half open and the whites of his eyes are showing. If that isn't scary enough he dreams and twitches about. Sometimes I get scared he is have a seizer but I know he is just dreaming of chasing something. Lol My husband gets a real kick out of it! Anyone else experiance this? |

| Well the other day my dog was having a nightmare, he was sleeping on my bed and all of a sudden he started whining and moving, i thought he had woken up to potty but he was asleep..I wonder what their nightmares are like?

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I wondered that too. Joey lies in the crook of my arm with his head resting on my arm for the first hour of his bedtime. He falls asleep before I do, and I can feel twitching sometimes like he's having a bad dream, not just a muscle twitch. Dream sleep is called REM (rapid eye movement) and I believe most animals have this. I don't know what they dream about though.
