| When do yo consider yorkies fully grown?? Izzy had gained and 1 ounce per week since weve had her. I was just wondering is this pretty much an average weight gain per week. And at what age are the usually finished growing?

| How big is she and what age? That is a very small weight gain. That is what My 8 wk old Jewels would gain when she was 12 oz when I brought her home. Once she got biger her weight gain was more

| Roxi is 8 months old now and she is 2.9 lbs... And she hasn't gained in like 3 months! and she eats more like a horse than a yorkie...The Dr says that she probably won't get any bigger, however all that I have read says they don't stop growing till 1 year...

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Roxie was 5 months 3/1 and weighed 2 lbs 13 ounces and weighs 3 lns 6 ounces now and I have had her 7 weeks. SOunds like they are on the same track. Breeder said she shouldn't get much bigger but I think she will get to 5- 6 lbs.

| Around six months their growth slows down and around 9 months they are just about full grown but can still grow some up until age one. Lilly at 13 weeks weighed just shy of 2 lbs. She's now almost 10 months old and weighs just shy of 4 lbs. Bella on the other hand was only a little over a pound at 13 weeks and she's now almost 5 years old and weighs 13 lbs. Elaine |

| Kalina hasn't grown an ounce since she was 6 months old and went into heat. She's almost one now. In fact, she's lost a few ounces of "baby fat".

| I am glad that someone asked this as I was wondering as well. I need to figure out how to put a new pic of Addie on my icon. She was about 3 lbs in this picture, but she is about 6 lbs now and is about 10 months old.

| They normally have their full size at 8 to 10 months but will continue to fill out and gain weight to 12 to 18 months. |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | They are normally full grown at a year old. You can look at the parents and tell around what size they will be. Some are breeding yorkies to be really small. That's if you were actually able to see the parents, which I recommend if possible!! |
