| HELP! Katie is eating my hair! When I go to bed at night, Katie sleeps RIGHT next to my face on top of my pillow. Sometimes I wake up because I can feel her nibbling on my hair. When she poops, the poop hangs out of her butt by a long strand of hair and she runs around w/ it dragging behind her. It's so hilarious! But I need to stop this! I'm sure this is somehow dangerous. I don't want to keep her off our bed at night because she and Codie have been sleeping with us since the first day we got them. What can I do? Hewwo evewyone! Dis is lil Katie. I sneeked onto mah mama's puter when she went potty! Tee hee! I weally wike da taste of her haiw - dis so yummy to mah tummy! Plwease don't hewp her wearn how to stop me fwom eatin it! Wuv Katie. PS - Pwease don't teww me mama that I powsted. Hee hee!

| Maybe I should braid it or wear it in a bun. But I hate sleeping w/ stuff in my hair. But I'll have to make the sacrifice for her. I'll give it a try tonight. Bitter apple in my hair? LOL! Then I'd stink!

| Vet Just got off the phone w/ my dog's vet. He said it can't hurt them - as long as they don't eat LARGE amount and choke. But it is just like a cat having a hair ball. He said it's common for dogs and cats to eat human hair. Go figure! Oh well, chow down Katie! LOL

| I think Katie and Coco are twins! Coco does the same thing but I just move my hair to the side that she's not on. If it gets really bad, I sternly look her in the eye and say no, and wave the bitter apple spray around. Yea, she stops immediately!..haha ...but she also has a hair fetish.

| How old is Katie? Cookie used to do this all the time when she was a puppy. And yes, she too would run from her poop that drug behind her on my long strand of hair . But now she's nearly 1 year and she doesn't do eat my hair anymore. My best bet to you is pull your hair up in a pony tail at night. But that can't be too comfortable ... |

| I had to laugh when I saw this thread! Daisy does the same thing to me, after several times of telling her NO and also using the spray she has now stopped. Silly little pups!
