Yep she is definitely taking those non-refundable deposits. Can you imagine you send that and then go pick up a 12 lb pup that has mange and god knows what else...but she keeps that deposit. She already told you.

she probably won't send a pic. she says on her website that she doesn't have time to send additional pictures (like it takes that long to take and send a picture ). Someone sends that deposit and never hears from her again..

Once she denies me I will give her a piece of my mind, and the truth! I'm surprised she's even still responded, if I was a breeder and got an e-mail like the first one I sent, I wouldn't sell and spread the word about this person so no other breeder sells to them! Yorkies do NOT belong in the hands of people like that!

Doesn't take long at all. That was a big old red flag to me. A good breeder takes that time and also gets to know the person that is trying to buy their baby.

Anyways, I thought of another way I can catch her up with the weight. Can someone who has a smaller scale weigh either a passifyer (sp?) or a puppy dress and give me the oz on it? She's much bigger than those two things, and those are in the picture with her, so if the passifyer for example weighs 4oz, I wonder what this greeder will say. I just don't have a small scale and I'm bad at estimating weights.

My brother does for his baby daughter and a scale. I will ask him to weigh the pacifier and tell you. It's prob. like an ounce.

Does your vet also do health checks on them too? I read that livershunt is very common in yorkies and it can be deadly. Were her parents screened for liver shunt, or have any other puppies from her parents ever had it? You offer a health gaurantee right? I know all good breeders do, especially when they care most about the puppies well being. I unfortunatly cannot have any children, so it's just my hubby and I. We have some nieces and nephews but they are all in high school. Other then that, were never really around any little kids. Could you take a picture of her on a scale at the vets office? Or could you scan me a copy of the health certificate. We really want to put the deposit down on her, but you said it's nonrefundable and if she is bigger I don't want to lose $5,000, especially since I could already get two yorkies for that price!!!

About the other two pups, I'm still wondering how come they look so different though. The one looks a lot younger, his hair is shorter and face is different, and I know it's age that determines those, not just size.

OY she really thinks your a jack a$$. She has no scale. Never heard of a breeder that only gets their baby weighed at the vets.

Also I have a small chiclet now and her sister was small and they both play hard. I never ever gave them nutrical 3x and karo syrup. That would put the damn dog into a diabetic coma.

3x the weight at 8 weeks?

Yeah that's a lot of sugar!!! But come on, she's been breeding for over 30years and knows that price is determined by the size!! She definitely is knowledgeable!!
