| OMG Tammy I am cracking up at Animal Zoo! When my daughter was 3 my mom wanted to buy her a puppy (not a yorkie) for her 4th birthday. I asked her if we had a puppy what would you name it? She said Dalmation. I said but honey that is a breed not a name and she okay then I would name it Mommy. My mom ended up getting her a puppy, I named him Basil and I told her his mommy had named him before we got him. I thought Tonka was really cute in your other thread. It's sort of tough since I think of ruff and tumble trucks but at the same time you think of a toy- perfect for a yorkie. Milo is really cute too though.

My daughter, again tonight, told us that she still likes, "Animal Zoo". I said, "But baby, what would we call him if we did use Animal Zoo as his name?" She looked at me like I was crazy...like duh mommy. Her response was, "Well, his name would be Animal Zoo so that's what we would call him.".....and she kind of smiled and rolled her eyes at me and walked off. LOL!!!! Tammy | |

| When I first found out I was going to get a Yorkie I was kind of hopeing for a girl and I had the name Minnie in mind. I shuffled for a couple days after getting my boy. I felt bad because for 5 days I called him noname lol. My family speaks english and spanish so I wanted a name that could be said the same in english and in spanish. Eventually someone suggested Dino. I love the name, its short and sweet, and it makes him sound like a big dog haha. My best friend has a s**tzu name Toki which i like his name also. |

| Ok, a name just hit me and I really think that I am going to use it. Now I just need input on how I should spell it. Hobie Hobey Hobi Do you think that people will know that it is pronounced HO-BEE and not Hobby?? Tammy |

| Oh wow...I had no idea that this was a boat. How funny!! I had started to drift away from my original registered name that I wanted because I couldn't come up with a nickname that I liked. I originally wanted to use, "My Little Dream Boat". Now I get to use this like I had wanted! ![]() So this was meant to be because I have never heard of a hobie boat. Thanks Lori!! | I just can't get over this....I know it's silly but I am thrilled at how this worked out!! That also settles the spelling question. Tammy |
