| Just sayin Hello I just wanted to say hello. We are a (aahh) 50's couple new to this group, as well as new yorkie owners. Or should I say newly owned by our yorkie. We purchased our baby on 3/4/08; this is about one month after losing our bichon binky to old age after 15 years. Our binky helped us raise our two boys in those years, and help both of them through the difficult teen years. We opted for the yorkie one because he's so darn cute and two because we just couldn't replace binky. That is our next pup would have to look nothing like binky. Well our Peanut has some pretty big shoes to fill (so to speak), and is well on his way to doing so.(if we can just get past the potty training). Seriously Peanut is such a loving new member of our family. He spends every minute with us except he is crated overnite. I know some of you don't agree with crating but for his safety and our sanity I think its best.Well I hope to post up some pic.s soon and I look forward to making some new human friends here as well as get some good advice. Thanks for letting us join |

| So glad you found us. Welcome to all of you. Can't wait to see pictures of your Peanut. Very sorry about your loss but 15yrs is wonderful to have a pet. I lost one after 17yrs and 16yrs. Peanut certainly will keep the two of you on your toes, daily These little one are very, very smart and are usually one step ahead of us humans. |
