| I don't know what is happening here! Everytime I clicked post, it would show up as the previous post of "please click..." Here is what I was trying to post to "How do you reply to..." ...those obnoxious people who think yorkies only weigh 2 lbs? There was a couple standing in the checkout line behind me and Toby arguing over his size. The girl said "he is a cute yorkie" then the guy said "he's mixed with something, he's huge for a yorkie". Then they preceded to argue about how "huge" he was (he is 6 1/2 lbs)!! Needless to say, I was ticked! I turned around and said he is indeed a registered yorkie and that the average size (so I've read) is 6-7 lbs. Some people!! Has anyone had this happen? If so, what was your reaction? |

| Hun, that kind of thing happens a LOT!.....I think everyone has seen the photos of yorkies sitting in those coffee cups and they think that is the way a yorkie is supposed to look...it's just ignorance on their part.....I just think, "What a boob."....lol

| I agree. The masses don't have a clue as to the standard, etc. They have all seen puppies and tea cups and think that is the norm...

| Welcome to yt. I have been very fortunate and have not had anyone say anything negative about Murfee but I have read that a lot of people have that problem. I can't believe how rude some people are.
