| Does your Yorkie "collect" things? Ok, so virtually since we brought SoCo home he's done this, but it's been getting worse in the last few weeks... He has a pillow that used to belong to one of dogs that passed, he adopted it as "his" pretty quickly, and he does this with his other pillow that was bought FOR him. He collects stuff, toys, paper he wants to/has shredded, our clothes (started with socks, but now has evolved to hubby's shirts and JEANS!), shoes and so on. He doesn't seem to chew our shoes or clothes, but he picks them up and deposits them there. This isn't as bad as him hiding his raw chicken in my closet of course (he's raw fed) which I've nipped in the bud by keeping the bedroom door closed, but it's come to the point if I can't find a pair of shoes, that's where I look! Do I have a crazy yorkie or is he normal? lol He's always liked sleeping on my clothes, but now there's no room for him on the pillow so the clothes belonging to my hubby that he's put beside the pillow have become his pillow. | Hmmm...a klepto Yorkie!! LOL!! Mine don't collect them, but Betty will pull t- shirts, jeans, pj's etc. off of the chair in the bedroom when she feels like it.

Donating YT Addict | My Baby will take all his toys to his bed one day the next they will all be on the rug infront of the sink, the next on the rug in the hall. It's pretty funny to watch. He does love to steal socks and slippers and anything else he can get his shark teeth on!

| Your post is so cute! You are not alone Sophie hides everything under our bed. We couldn't find any of her toys one day and looked all over the place. Every single toy was under there. She hides all of her stuff under our bed! She even takes tissues and shreds them under the bed. |

| Ok, so Soco's not completely normal but not completely unique either. This is good to know. Really, he takes anything to the pillow, beside my bed or in my closet that strikes his fancy. Tripping over an empty box of Hamburger Helper (must have fallen off the counter) in the dark on my way to bed is always fun... lol Honestly, he's so quirky with so many things compared to the other 2 we had I don't know if I ever want any other breed again! Hubby keeps saying he wants a big dog (not while we have SoCo) but I just love him being so small (he's a teapot, but that's still tiny to me!) and so full of personality! Plus I'll be alone with any dog(s) we own during the week in the summers at our trailer, and having done it with 50# and 70# dogs, I'm so looking forward to being able to do it with a 10 pounder! |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Bengi hides treats. When he gets one for doing something or or just because, and he doesn't feel like eating it, he hides it "for later" . You can find treats in our bed, the sofa, corners around the house... |

| Tucker collects my husbands dirty socks. Wherever he takes them off - office, bathroom, etc and Tucker gathers them into a nice pile in the bedroom. Now Tucker has been doing the same thing with my shoes. Who knew it was a Yorkie thing! |

| All of my dogs, the three of them, hide treats as well, they dig a hole in the flower beds somewhere and then after about a week or two later, they will find these treats and bring them to me and show me their find. Always very funny and sometimes also very gross as it "aged" YUCK!! |

| Yes I have a collector!! I have several dog beds but I have one bed that is like a tent shaped bed. Allegro has it in his mind that this is his bed and that he has to collect everything in it from toys, paper, treats, anything he can find. It is so funny because he will take a toy and run right into his "rabbit hole" as I now call it and will hide his toy in there. It is so cute because he looks like a little rabbit running into his hole, lol.

| Lucy grabs any sock she can get her paws on and hides it in the back of a closet. It took me the longest time to figure out where the socks were going. We have a shy little black kitty that sleeps in the back of the same closet and we think she is putting them in there with her trying to make friends.

| Callie takes EVERYTHING outside which can be kinda embarassing when the cute neighbor is out in his back yard and Callie drags my brightly colored panties through the yard and I just know he sees them lol

| Madison is doing it right now...she takes everything (including her food) and burries it in the corner of her doggie bed or the couch or my bed, and covers it up with a toy or her blankie...kinda gross but definitely cute haha
