| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member  | I use Paint Shop Pro which is a different program, and I tried resizing in just regular Paint, and now I'm not sure how you do it or if you can even do it. Its been such a long time since I used that program. I thought maybe you have to first pick "select all" before you resize, but that didn't work either. Sorry I wasted your time, but glad you found out how to do it.
