| might be a stupid question is marking the same as peeing, but just a smaller amount? or is it a different liquid than pee?? that probably sounds really dumb, but i don't know. sometimes my pup will leave teeny tiny spots on the floor, and sometimes is only 15-30 minutes after he's peed outside. so i'm wondering if that's just him marking the spot. but it's yellow, so i'm assuming it's pee. i was thinking about using a belly band, but after reading threads about it, it seems like the belly bands are more for marking than peeing... am i wrong? please help me distinguish the difference between marking territory and peeing (i.e. amount of liquid that should come out, etc). lol!! sorry if this is stupid.

| how old and is he neutered? if he is over 6 mths he needs to be neutered...this usually stops marking. if he is adult and neutered, he may have a urinary infection (speak to vet) marking and peeing are both urine..... roxanne
