| That doesn't sound normal..are you sure she's 9 weeks? I got my first one right under 7 weeks, and she had her teeth..have you taken her to the vet? |

| yes, the vet thought it was unusual too, but a friend who breeds Maltese says its not....her fur is quite long, her eyes are bright and focused, her nails need clipping and she's eating softened kibble, so erhaps I'm just being over suspicious |

| The breeder said she was born on Xmas Day....and is adamant that this happens at times with tiny ones. ( Mom is 2kg Dad 1.400kg ) I have read that Maltese dont get their teeth sometimes before 8/9 weeks. As Yorkies are descendants... I thought this might be true....but I just feel he's not telling me the truth ....for whatever reason !. |

I dont know why the breeder would lie, I'm just suspicious....he said any problems to call him....I did after the vet questioned her age...he was again most adamant and said pls trust me, I have breed them for years and its not unusual. But I'm in Spain and my Spanish is not that good. Somethimes people are out for a quick buck! | |
