I have a Morkie that is 2 years old. He is about 10lbs now.. he used to be super hyper but he has calmed down a lot. He is still a wild pup and I love his character- he gets along great with humans but not with other dogs.

Leo is super smart though and learned tricks & commands very fast. He was housebroken quite fast also. I think because of his larger size, he can hold in his pee long because he never has accidents..

Here are some pics of him. The first three are before he got groomed (shaved a lot of hair off) and neutered. I am trying to grow his hair so I can top knot it so it won't be in his eyes. He hates having a top knot!

Omg Beau is scrumptious!!!! For some reason I feel like ive posted about him being cute before but even if I have he deserves it to be said again. what a Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutieeeeee!!!

That's actually not the standard for the Yorkie. The standard is "not to exceed 7 pounds"--there is no 4 pound weight minimum. Same for the Maltese, no minimum weight for them either.

I also have a morkie. She is so good and what a personality. She loves to play at night for about 3 hours. I have to admit she does listen to what my husband says. My biggest problem is that she take hours to eat. Food is definitely not her top priority.
