I think Chewy and Mojo got neutered at the same time. ( Do you remember us talking about it?) It was nice to have a BUDDY to talk with during a scarey time.

Yeh I think you guys are right. Even thought they insure your dog for 2 million dollars I don't think that I want to chance it. I'm just worried about the little monster. I went through so much when Sophie got spayed, I'm such a worry wart. I was like hysterical crying when I picked her up from the hospital and she was operated on in the best hospital in NYC. I guess I thought that neutering was just cutting some cords or something, I never imagined that they would get rid of the marbles completely and I figured it would be something that he would like miss ya know. He probably young enough for it not to matter to him, just hope he's not traumatized . Thanks for all of your responses. Hugs to everyone...Pris

Thats one of the MANY reasons i neutered ALL my boys its so gross soon as they pop out they come off !! my chi sleep upside down with his legs spread they would be one ugly site !

Dogs aren't like humans. They don't have a self-image or ego. They don't recognize themselves in the mirror or miss body parts. If you've ever seen a dog that has had a leg amputated, you'll see that they don't act like they miss the leg at all..and they get a long fine without it. Same thing with testicles..they don't even really realize they are gone and don't care.
