| Welcome to YT and it is sad he was attacked. Something that I have learned is that a animal will bite only when they are scared. Personally, I don't think an animal will bite just to bite. However, larger breeds will attack smaller breeds, and that is why it is so imperative to keep your pup on a leash with harness to scoop them up and out of harms way.
