| No grapes...they can cause kidney failure...You can find a different kind of treat to give like little pieces of peeled apple...Those are safe Just make sure not to give seeds...Apple seeds are toxic.

YT 2000 Club Member | I was horrified years back when I found out grapes were poisonous to our furbabies, as I had read a lot of places that listed them as safe to give to them. But then I seen a thing on TV where they had recently found they were actually poisonous to our furkids. Here I would give them to Isaiah (our boxer) as a treat every now and again. It's scary how things change, one minute something is ok for them, the next minute we find out it's NOT ok.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Yes grapes are dangerous for the kidneys. Ppl think they are safe cause it's a fruit or whatever but a lot of ppl don't do research before giving their dogs something. There are many things dogs shouldn't have

| You know, I use to be very careful about giving human food to my dogs but since I came on YT and hearing all the different things that people give their dogs I have been less lenient about it and never thought that grapes would be a cause for concern except for the choking aspect which is why I would give her little pieces (lots of little pieces.... )I am not blaming YT. Just my stupid self. |
