| My little girl is four months old and has eaten Eukanuba since she was weened. They have a special formula just for toy puppies. It's called Eukanuba small breed puppy food. Whatever you decided to go with make sure you switch it over gradually from what he/she is currently eating or you have a sick pup with runny pooh! Congats on your new baby I know you are so excited!!!

| Welcome to YT. and Congratulations on your new Yorkie puppy. I see your from PA also. They do love their squeaky toys, I think, no matter how old they are.

| Welcome to the site! I just joined this week too. Ruby is 10 weeks old. What I've learned so far with Yorkies: if you live where it's cold in the winter, people recommend you do not take the pup outside until it warms up. It's recommended to paper train them indoors until then. We were sent home with Eukanuba puppy food and have since kept her on it. I read Yorkies have sensitive digestive systems, so if you are going to change the food go slow. I figured I would wait awhile before I change her to what my other dogs eat, which is Nutros. Of course Ruby loves nothing more than running to her big brothers' bowls and stealing a nibble or two! Good luck and I am sure your yorkie will bring you lots of love! |
