| I have a Mac... Have you tried opening it through Finder, Applications? There might be a problem with the shortcut on the Dock, if that is what you are using. Also, if you go to the Mac website, they might have suggestions as to why it won't work. If that doesn't help, I would suggest calling the company. They are always very helpful!
