| Cookie I got Cookie almost 6 months ago. As some of you know, she was already expecting. She's always been a little stand offish. Well, she's due to be in season again this month. In the last week or two she has been getting more and more affectionate, which I really enjoy, because I want her to feel like she belongs here. Could it be that she's finally starting to fit in, or could this be due to a hormonal change because she's about to go into heat? |

| Maybe she is really starting to feel comfortable there.

| I hope that's it, because she's getting to be really sweet and a little bit silly. Which is fine with me, because at least I know she's happy here. When I got her she weighed 5.5 pounds and she was expecting. Now she's had the puppies, they've gone to there forever homes and she weighs about 6.75 pounds. The vet says IF she's overweight, it's not by much. I think her previous owner was starving her. |
