| How to make ears stand up? We have got our little Sophie now. She is 8 weeks old today. Her ears don't stand up. What is the best way to get them to stand up? I know some people use tape on them. Do you shave the hair off the ears before using tape. Or is there a bettter way? Or should we wait longer to see if they stand up on their own? Thanks Jon |

| I would shave the top half of the ears and see if they will stand up on their own in a couple weeks before you consider taping. you can massage the ears too and that sometimes helps

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Shave the outside of the ear to the base and trim the hair around the ear. Fold the ear long way (like a taco) and wrap a couple of times with medical tape. Leave on for 24 hours and take off. Some ears will eventually stand on their own but you have to keep the ear hair trimmed.
