I just came back to this thread hoping you had posted more pics of your precious Heaven. I am so sad to read you have to return her and know you are heartbroken.

I truly do know the heartache you are experiencing as my little Kassie will attack to kill any new baby that I bring into our home. I want another one so bad but also know that it isn't meant to be for us at this time.

Hopefully you find comfort in knowing you are doing the best thing for both her and Bleu. When the time is right you will be able to get your precious little girl so keep the faith.

Maybe one day we can shop for our little girls together. I'm also in a home full of boys (minus a cat and my elderly Maggie) and I'd love to have a little punkin to dress up, too.

Our breeder has championed many dogs in her life time and still has 3 in the ring handled by various handlers.

My family and I totally enjoyed the day with her and her husband and I learned alot.

We bought our yorkie this time based on health and quality ...NOT Size and Appearance!

I was given by the breeder pictures and Yorkshire Terrier Show Programs! The programs are about 100-150 pages in full color.. I got 10 programs and the first page I opened (it was in the middle of the book ) said .....

Please take this into consideration and make purchasing a healthy pet your top priority , not size. The novelty is certainly NOT worth the pain heartbreak or extra expense. REMEMBER all Yorkies are comparatively small. The most important thing is finding a healthy puppy that will grow into a healthy adult, especially since you are looking for a 10-15 year commitment with your Yorkie!

Oh Vicki, my heart is breaking for you. I have read your thread about Blue from day 1, and have been rooting for you guys since that second. Please don't be hard on yourself, I know it's easier said than done. You are spiritual enough to know what God had different plans for all of you. Maybe Blue needs 100% of you right now. You will get your girl, someday. Please keep your head up.

I'm sorry things didn't work out. I think you're doing the right think, although it must be very hard. If I were you I would concentrate on Bleu's recovery, poor thing, I think he suffers a lot in that cast, even though he doesn't show it all the time. When he gets better, you can try again, I'm sure he'll be in a better mood and accept change in a good way
