| Therapy Dog Donating Member | Ahh Gus is so cute and I agree all pics are great but that last one is to die for. OK - I'm not an expert on coats but he is still a baby and he won't get into his full coat until a year old or after. Izzy's coat is silky and her coloring changed about 10 months to a golden color just on the back of her ears and mostly is black and tan. So Gus' coloring will gradually change as he gets older but not the texture of his coat. Gus looks like a cotton coat so he will be fluffy all the time..he's adorable.

| He looks alot like my little Tucker who is also 5 months and weighs around 3 pounds also. He is fluffy too but not as much as your friends. I have been wondering about color changes too. He is breaking on his head, but not at all on his back. His fur is really fluffy, feels like you are putting your hand in a bag of cotton balls. So, I guess that would make his coat a cottony coat? |
