whoops - sorry- I have probably used them!!
I do have very bad vision- I like caps! I wish they would print phonebooks and newspapers in all caps!!!so i could see them!!

I think we've become conditioned to believe that all caps is shouting. Sometimes I will but a word in caps to emphasize something. BTW, I love your avatar. Adorable puppy.

CAPS are only supposed to be used to start a sentence or maybe place strong emphasis on a statement. Anything beyond that is really hard to read for some people. It is hard to follow. It is also considered shouting on a forum.
