I had a situation only recenlty when I was cleaning out Bun's eyes with an product made for dogs tear stains. He snorted the stuff up his nose (some of it had run down the base of his muzzel). I called the hotline. They had someoen on the phone within the second ring and took my credit card into in two seconds. The woman explained that the service is run completely through these "donations" - thus the need to take your money.

BTW - no need to apologize. I understood your comment and as an aside, this is JUST a message board for goodness sake! I hope that what ever is said here is as bad as it EVER gets for me! lol.
