|  I started massaging Muffin years ago when I read about a vet that took home a partially paralyzed german shepard that a patient couldn't keep. She also used water therapy on him and one day he wasn't paralyzed anymore. They say it's a wonderful way to bond with your doggie and it is also a great way to soothe arthritis in old age. Muffin loved it and I've been massaging Kacee since I've had her and she loves it as well.

|  Yes, I have been doing this since I got Buddy. When he wants a massage now and I'm sitting he just jumps up turns around and backs into me and sits. LOL I start at the top of his head, down his shoulders onto each leg, foot and down his back. He closes his eyes too while I'm doing it. Wish I had someone to give me one!  |

| Lucy "assumes the position-back to me" when she wants her massage It's one of our bonding times and we do it almost every night...

| I massage Archie almost daily and he LOVES it -- gets that far-away look in his eyes. I start at the base of his neck and massage him on either side of his spine down to his tail. He just has this look on his face like, That's good stuff, Mommy!"
