A cotton coat is a little more difficult to keep but the one I have I just keep short! But I love her anyway and she's a sweetie!

mmmhhh ... shure .... I would love to have another Furbaby. Do you know how big he is ... that would be my only worry. Maya is a tiny thing and I can't bring a BIG Boy home ....

To be honest, I prefer males with the cotton coat. My TJ has a cotton coat, I keep him in a puppy coat but his head alittle longer than normal. After a day of his bi-weekly washing, he looks like a lion, curly hair with so much body! And he could honestly go about 3 to 4 weeks without his hair getting greasy or dirty. I do LOVE the coat that TJ has

so the cotton is less oily than the silky coat?

Cotton is a thicker coat and to me feels like cotton that came out of the field. More of a coarser coat.

I love my Brookie she's my pet but wouldn't trade her for the world!! I love her to pieces!!

Yes. TJ's hair never feels dirty. It has a wave/curl and he has a lot of body. His hair on his head is like a lions mane, I love it!

Currently, I bath him in Minksheen. I don't use conditioner. But before I towel him off, I rub a tiny bit a product that adds shine. I rub that around his wet hair, then I towel him down, then I brush him. Then I scrunch his hair curly with my hands. In the summer, I bring him out on the patio to air dry curly. In the winter I do blow dry his hair out, still scrunching in the curls.

When TJ was younger his hair felt more coarse. But now he is 3 and his hair is really soft, really thick and really full of body (wavey)
