| Thank you all. The vet said it could have been rat poison. For those of you who said I was shady in the past. I will confess. I live in Europe and I am from Oklahoma. So we were in France on vacation and the both of them loved hte beach and was always picking up stuff in their mouths. Luckily the pom's mouth is so tiny he cant get much down at any given time, so that saved him. But they also ate stuff on the stree here where I live. So I am not sure if it was in France or here they got it. Whereas, scooby has a yorkie mouth and long as you all know and they love to SNIFF and eat stuff, at least he did. He didnt show signs until the night before he died but then he was fine after vomiting, so I told hubby let me wait til morning s he has eaten his dinner and was playing so I figured he cant be that sick. By 5am he went into a Coma and was bleeding internally. It was horrible, what baffled me is this. Vet told me leave for one hour then call her. When I called one hour later she said Scooby died 5 mins ago. I am HOPING and trying to calm myself to think she knew he had no chance and put him down. He is lying in the doggie morgue now and will be cremated on Monday. We will then take his ashes back to France and sprinkle it in the place on the beach he loved so much. The pain is unimaginable. I bawl everytime I see a photo. Bandit is grieving and confused as to where is scooby. It is more like a 500 lb bomb hit me all at once. I have dozens of pics to post and I will post them once I upload them. We only got back a week now from France and this awful thing happened. Last week this time were still in France and scooby was still alive . I have cried such tears that I cant believe. Bandit jumped on me and was actually licking my tears out of my eyes and I didnt stop him. He then rested his paw on my chest and laid his head as if he knew I was in pain. | Is it terrible to want to have another Yorkie baby? I am thinking to get one maybe in April or May, but I must first allow myself to grieve for him. |

| No, you are not replacing him but filling the void that is there. I did the same thing. I waited then got my Nina. I will never forget my Nikki and I still have her pictures up, but Nina has helped me in the grieving. |
