My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Pet Sitting Charges I've been ask to sit for 2 male Yorkies for 2 weeks. I don't know them or the owners, it is my parents insurance man Anyways...I'm clueless on what to charge. I mean, I know just when I have a female staying with me for breeding...its hectic. This would be TWO extra for TWO weeks. What are normal charges? (I'm also going to call my local pet sitting services to see what they charge) |

Where I live in home pet sitting is about $50-65 (and in some cases, more) per pet, per day.

| I can't answer you but where I live I pay a dog walker $15.00 for 20mins. He comes in take Buddy out to pee and poop brings him back, feeds him pats him on the head and leaves. I use him only for emergencies, obvisiouly. |

Are they going on a personal or business trip? If it's a personal trip, and they can afford to go away for two weeks, they can afford $40-50 per day!

| My pet sitter stays with my 3 in my home and she charges $50 a day which is really good. Some charge as much as $75. With them staying at your home and for so long though I would think it would be less.

| I would probably charge $10-$15 ($20 max) per day per dog.

| Our local boarding kennel charges $15 a day for the 1st dog and around $10 for the second. I think $20 to $25 per day would be reasonable. They, of course, would need to provide all their beds, food, treats and toys. Also, be sure to get the name of their vet in case of any emergency. |

| Considering you are keeping both dogs in your home, I would say at least $20 a day.
