				 | Bat Ears My Amelia absolutely has the most ginormous ears. I swear she could be a spy for the U.S. government -- I'm sure she can hear all the way to China. How normal is this? And how can I best downplay it? I've attached a couple of pictures so you can see what I mean. I've since shaved down the top portion of her ears - but they still seem so huge. Anyone have any tips on how I can minimize the effect, thus reducing the chances of other dogs dubbing her "Dumbo" on the playground? Thanks! Katy

				 | In the first picture, it looks like there is a lot of hair growing off the top 1/3 of the ear. If you shave this, they probably won't look as large. I personally think she's a cutie!

				 | How old is she? First, I do not think her ears are big..she probably still has time to grow into them.... There not bigger than my Foxxy. That's where she got the name...when I got her, her body was little.......but the ears..whoa.. here's a pic when she was a baby. She's grown into them a little though but I think they're cute either way!!

				 | Amelia thanks you all for your kind comments. I think if her head swells anymore, she'll be caught right up to those ears! Problem solved! Chachi - I'm confused? I thought that shaving the top portion and leaving the lower portion longer helped to reduce the appearance? LuvmyYorkies2 - She's 9 months young. Your Foxxy is absolutely adorable!!! I always say Amelia reminds me of a baby deer - especially when she's soaking wet in the bath!

				 | I think she is beautiful!! I love her ears! My Betty used to have one ear up and one down, then she must have gotten tired keeping that one up! Now they're both down! But, it suits her!
