I would leave it for a while at least! Her coat looks amazing! It will grow faster than you think!
If Addison was not such a spaz I would have her coat long!

I would leave it too. She is a beautiful baby--I love the black and gold!!

When Rebel had his LP surgery he was shaved from from right in front of the tail to the the feet of both legs.

He didn't have nearly the coat your beautiful baby does, so I had him cut down even so it could all grow out together. (He wore clothes all the time, too, even though he had the surgery in summertime)

Your baby is a different story because of her gorgeous coat. I'd let it grow in, too. She's stunning

Wow. Thanks for all your generous responses. You all were so right... we're going to leave well enough along and just let her hair grow back.

Also, her leg is healing great. We've been doing the prescribed physical therapy and we believe it's helped her to start using her leg again just like before.

Again, thanks for your opinions.
