				 | This is the clause we have on the contract with her on this girl. I am sure we can work thru this in a civil manner. 3. In the event you can no longer keep the dog, buyer will give the breeder/seller of this dog first chance to get the dog back and/or talk to the breeder about where the dog goes. Giving us 60 days to buy the dog back at a reasonable price per age not exceeding the price we sold her to you. Or we will be involved in helping you in proper placement of the dog. We are responsible for the pups we bring into this world and we want to know where our puppies are and to know they are safe and cared for Deana Prestigeous |

				 | What a mess!!! I hate to be blind-sided by someoone that I thought I could trust, esppecially with one of my puppies. The buyer should have and had a duty to call Deana if he/she were wanting to sell/place this puppy. Hopefully Deana will get that puppy back first and then go from there. I am also sorry for Dena. |

i advertise my puppies on puppyFind and the screening process for their new homes is the same as the one I use everywhere else. They must fill out an application and be approved by me. | |

				 | puppy I am sure Deanna is not upset with the OP..but the fact she was told the puppy was being rehomed after the fact and in complete disregard for the contract... All we want is to be contacted, told of the situation and I am sure if your home is good one for this tiny girl, you will get her...we just like the option to actually use our options in the contract...best wishes |

. She is 2 years old and sounds absolutely precious... I've spent hours staring at her pictures and I can only hope that perhaps Deana might see me as a good fit for her so that I may bring my new baby girl home! I certainly understand the position of the original breeders in situations like these and applaud their committment to the welfare of their pups, not only initially, in finding a suitable home in which the pups may start their little lives, but to continue on with that dedication throughout their ENTIRE lives.... Such devotion is to be commended. I'm kind of stuck in the middle here in that now three very caring individuals have a sincere interest in this little one.... and I just continue to pray that this will all work out for the best of everyone involved... especially that of this sweet little girl.

				 | Just My Opinion... ..which probably isn't worth much...LOL. Dena, this is sort of distantly related to this thread, so I'm choosing to post it here instead of making it's own post. I feel a bit duped. I have been watching you posting about purchasing tiny dogs...one after the other..it appears. I'm finding it hard to be happy about that. You spoke so beseachingly about little Natalie, and her related expenses...and eagerly and appreciatively accepted help financially. Then the post about rescueing..another extremely costly venture...I'm at a loss to understand how things have turned around so quickly. Yorkie's are expensive. Their care is expensive. I'm sorry, but I can't be happy for you. You appear to be all over the place. Deanna, I'm sorry one of your adoptive homes has broken your trust.

				 | What a complicated situation this is. If Dena hadn't come on all excited that she might be getting this yorkie, Deana might never have have known where the dog when to. She may have been sold to someone else, who might not look after her as well as Dena could. I'm sure Deana is upset, who wouldn't be, she must almost feel betrayed. I hope things can get sorted out in the best way possible. Sheilagh

This was all discussed in another thread.... but the fact is, the bills were paid... all of them... and Natalie received the best possible care and treatment. I don't think my making the decision to now bring new babies into my heart equates to being "all over the place"... tiny or otherwise. I have the capacity to love and the means to care for - very well I might add - any little ones I decide to make a part of my family. I am a quite reasonable woman.... I don't dream in the clouds and I don't take the responsibility of providing for another living thing, lightly... I must say, that I have felt as though I've been "in the frying pan" with the folks here on every single decision I've made - or even THOUGHT of - since becoming a part of YT.... I have been evaluated, criticized, ridiculed and questioned on every aspect of my world. As well, I have received much guidance, support, friendship and compassion here from many others. I feel as though I have been more than accommodating to everyone's concerns and stand by my decision to make a few new faces a part of my world. Perhaps I should work on becoming a little less "giving" with respect to my thoughts, ideas and desires made available here..... since it seems that every word is taken as an open door to welcome the, quite often, undeserving comments of others...... when in reality, most folks who post here, I think are just trying to share their excitement or experiences here... rather than be condemned for them. I do realize it's a public forum... that noted, I think maybe I should learn to discuss less touching topics, like the weather or type of food to feed.... rather than heartfelt concerns or treasured experiences.... and that's a shame... because it would seem that THIS should be the ONE place to share just that....

				 | I suppose.... but it's sad though, because this really IS the one place where we should all be able to support each other in our "crazy ways" in loving our Yorkies.... Most people I encounter don't have a clue how anyone could be soooooo in love with "just a dog".... it takes a special kind of soul... like those I thought I'd find here..... to "get" those of us who ARE "furbaby crazy"... lol Anyway..... each day is a new learning experience.... and I suppose we should accept and treasure these, as well....

				 | Don't let it get you down, you do what's right for you... I only feel badly that you were so excited about your new baby and now this situation with Deana has thrown a wet blanket over the whole thing. I know how excited I was when I bought each and everyone of my yorkies. I pray that it works out and that you get this baby.
