OMG This is terrible.

#1 Groomer needs to be out of business at the very least.
do what ever you can to get them closed down!!
#2 Poor poor sweet baby. RIP Little love.
#3 Loosing a mama dog too?
OM-Gosh.
And that poor MIL who needs her baby. It is all so very sad.
My heart goes out to you all.

Amen!!!! What about the next little one -- too often some of us are willing to look the other way, rather than go thru all the work of blowing the whistle.

I know I let something major slide once - even though I knew others had been wronged by the same person -- but I was emotionally exhausted & overwhelmed by a series of events.

Perhaps your friend feels that way. Could you or someone else offer to help her deal with the process of at least contacting the media, the licensing bureau & the attorney general's office. I realize it's hard for someone else to follow thru with the suit on her behalf - but at the very least others need to know what this groomer did & she needs to be banned from the profession.

I know I would have welcomed the help, when i found myself in my position. I wish I had others to help me.

You really should demand to know what the groomer used as a sedative. I bet it's a sedative for humans :( I know the priority right now is to get the MIL another yorkie puppy .Please sue this groomer.She needs her license suspended,she needs to pay you,she needs to pay a fine also. This is crazy. I don't know what I would have done but I wouldn't have left quietly.Cops should have been called :(
This really makes me angry ! I'm so , so sorry this happened.

I am so very sorry about the puppy and your friend, I know she must be devastated.

I would be furious at the groomer and you can bet I would sue them in a heartbeat!!:mad: And I agree with everyone else, she should have her license suspended, what if this happens to another dog?

omg this is just so terrrible! I can't believe a groomer would do that! I hope they close that place pretty soon!
