| Quick ear question I am too lazy to go read the official stuff, but was wondering if there is a standard on ear shape? I see a lot of yorkies with "pointy" ears, but my Xena has "roundy" ears. Sometimes it looks like groomers shave the hair pointier on pictures I see on here. Am I making any sense?

| Nope the point is natural, not cut to look pointy. If the ears are rounded, that is not up to standard. But as long as you love him, it doesn't matter what his ears are like, roundy, pointy, floppy, big or small. |

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | I think the way the hair is cut has a lot to the point look too. I mean yes ears should be pointy but when the hair is cut to a point is more dramatic looking.

| I'm not sure you can see it in my avatar, how her ears are shaped, but when I shave them, I follow the ear line, maybe I'll try sharpening them up and see how it looks.
