YT 2000 Club Member | HOW In The World? I won't let Maggy May out of her area to play unless I had both eyes on her and can give her 100% of my attention. So, when it's play time for her, I sit on the floor and play with her. I always make sure every thing's picked up that she could possibly get and hurt herself on or swallow. Well low ad behold, she seems to find a TON of lil things to get into her lil mouth and I spend the majority of time opening her mouth ad retrieving lil tidbits of fuzz, yesterday news kitty litter or pieces of grass she seems to find. Goodness, maybe I should have names her Inspector Gadget, lol. I don't know HOW she manages to find all these things, she must have way better eyes than I do, lol. And I even get down on the floor and look around in her play area before I let her out to play.

| It's her nose. It's always on the floor and everything sticks to it! Then she gets a reward when her nose leads her to something good to chew on!!!

| My little Mischa is the same!! Yesterday he ruined my kids gamecube Mario Cart game.. I didn't notice that it was out when I had him out running around, and then I heard him chewing on something.. I was upset at my boys for leaving the game out for the puppy to find.. He's always finding something to put in his mouth.. His little nose is always stuck to the floor.. I was telling my hubby that I read to buy him a rubber bone to chew on.. So that is what we are going to look for next time we go shopping!! |

| My two senior Yorkies are too busy trying to avoid the younger pups and snoozing to notice anything on the floor. The 11 mo. old Yorkie is too busy prancing around and jumping on top of everything to chew on anything floor level. It's my Pommie who is my problem. Can't tell how many times I have to tell him to drop leaves, twigs, or stones when he comes in from the outdoors. Inside my husband calls him "shredder." I'm constantly checking and picking up what is a threat. (You'd think two empty nesters wouldn't have this problem. ) |

| Yep...sounds like a yorkie to me! Gizmo has reached the point where if I pick him up while I have a "determined" attitude, he just opens his mouth! It's like....go ahead, check already! lol!
