I lived in Rialto CA for yrs and don't remember June bugs but sure hated the Black Widow spider we have and had more then my share to. Moved to WA 6 yrs ago and love it here never regrated moving.

We have lived here 9 years now. And every year we have had problems with june bugs. We also have a big problem with Black Widows too. Our house was a Hud home so it was empty for sometime before we moved in and there was widows hidden everywhere. I had Terminix come and spray everywhere before we even moved in. I still have service. They come out every other month.

My scottie hates them....I mean hates! She will dive for them....anything to kill it.

Gus hates them too and will kill them too, but I guess this time it startled him by buzin by his ear.

We just had the attack of the killer bees at our house. It was awful. They built their honeycomg inside a stucco column on the house and there were thousands of them. My husband sprayed them with store bought wasp spray and thought her got rid of them but they came back. We finally called a professional bee exterminator to get rid of them which he did for $175 but he says if we do not have our wall opened up and remove all of the honeycomb that they will smell the honey and come back!!! They want $600 to do that. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am so scared of bees!!! There was a big hive in my neighbors tree. The tree is located between our houses. I called the city and the were going to come the next day, but that morning they were all gone. They just up and left on their own. Boy I was sure happy

I just went out to get Maggie back in from a potty break......she had both cheeks full of June bugs .....She ran when she saw me coming....chomping all the way.......I finally caught her and dug out 3 june bug parts......yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.....she stalks and hops on them.....I shriek and scream....but she is bug bound and determined.......

I groom and brush her and she is out rolling in poop, dead moles, etc......and eating bugs.....what have I done wrong!!!




Got to love a "bow wearing bug eater".......

I HATE june bugs with a passion...I canot even stand being outside at night with lights on...I refuse to take the girls out at night because I don't like the noise they make buzzing around and am constantly afraid they are going to land on me...my dad has to take them out because I just can't...of course the girls LOVE to chase them and try to eat them...one time Sailor got one and brought it back in the house, I could not even try and get it out of her month, I just let her eat it!!! My parents constantly laugh at me about it, but I can't explain it...they just gross me out totally!!!

You and me both!!! When I was little I remember my uncles thought it would be funny to tie a string around the bug and chase my mom with it while she was holding me. I don't know who was crying more,, me or her.
