| We didn't sleep through the night until I got over my fear of rolling over on Jack and we put him in the bed with us. Course, since then the crate training has been shot to you-know-where. But not the potty training...he sleeps through the night with us and rarely has an accident. He just doesn't want to go in his crate anymore.

| Hey, we're going into the 5wk old, "yip, yip, yip...it's 3 am and we need to play and have a snack" routine with Jack-Jack & Princess. I get up and Sunnie stays snoozing in bed with daddy. Only 7 more weeks to go......

| How can you sleep through Buddy's cries!? I would go insane! He usually wakes us up only once as I make him go potty right before he goes into the kennel for the night after falling asleep on the bed with the wife. He actually is fairly good about holding his pee while sleeping, but if he has to poo and he wakes up, he'll scratch and whine until we get up. Then he'll chew on a bone and pass out again. This morning was no good because he went back into the kennel after falling asleep and realized he had to poo, lol. |

| We had Mya in a huge cage the first night she got home... it was horrible, she cried all night long,my husband and I were pulling our hair out that night and honestly I was thinking did we make the best decision in getting a puppy... our saving grace> a friend of mine gave me a very small travel carrier for puppies/cats... we got that, I got her used to it.. feed her in front of it put all of her favorite blankets and toys in there and the first night she crawled in there and has slept in there without a peep since then.... trust me i know how hard it is when you are getting no sleep and WOW it is amazing the noises those tiny little dogs can make!! My suggestion... SMALL CRATE! you will be amazed.. hope this helps!!! Good luck |

| This too shall pass! My puppy was sleeping through the night (7-8 hours by around 15 weeks and I had about 3 weeks of sleepless nights with him waking around 1-2 times. My daugher, on the other hand woke every 2-3 hours for the first 6 months and didn't give me a full night until she was a year. But, puppies can give you some good baby traning ,Eh? |
