| ![]() I took everyone's yesterday and moved my puppy out of the enclosed patio. It was starting to get really hot even with the door open and the air conditioning going out there. I went to target last night and bought him a people play pen. So far he's been very good; no climbing or chewing. However, I'm worried these habits may develop and I just spent $50 for nothing. I trying to decide if I should take it back and get one of the plastic pet containment pens. Please help fast. We'll go tonight if we decide to change so I can maybe take the play pen back. As a reminder he is 7 weeks old.

| ![]() i think the play pens are more for monitored play rather than leaving them when you aren't home. xpens (petco, petsmart) might be better for longer unsupervised stays. Last edited by shelbysmom; 07-07-2005 at 01:19 PM. |

| ![]() I just ordered this from PETCO ( they also have a free shipping deal right now). it should be big enough for a little bed, their bowls and a wee wee pad. There have been threads on this subject lately and people were talking about their pups chewing through the mesh ![]() http://www.petco.com/product_info.as...tats&ct3=Cages Last edited by chewysmom; 07-07-2005 at 01:21 PM. I agree the playpens for the two legged children pose some problems- take it back and get a wire one like the one listed above. Your money will be better spent in the long run. Kathy/wnalegria | |
